Altbier
“Altbier,” a traditional German ale style originating in Düsseldorf, is named after its “old beer” German origin. Its copper-brown color is a result of the rich caramel and roasted malts used in brewing. The malt imparts bready, nutty, and caramel notes, while the hops add a spicy character. This beer finishes clean and crisp, reminiscent of a lager with a medium-bodied mouthfeel.
-
Friendly Introduction Pale Ale
Our house pale ale is brewed with locally grown and malted Solstice Mild Malt. The hops impart a delightful aroma and flavor of fruit and dankness complemented by a delicate malty backbone and a refreshing, dry finish.
-
Equinox Lager
This lager is the secondary fermentation rom our other lager brews. This allows us to benefit from the wonderful process of biotransformation. Biotransformation is the process by which yeasts change less desirable hop compounds into more desirable bold flavors and aromas. This creates a clean crisp lager with low bitterness and easy drinking. Cheers!
-
Tall Timber Session IPA
Our session IPA with notes of floral, tangerine, and tropical hops. Medium body that finishes slightly sweet with an off-white head of foam. Dry hopped like a full-strength IPA with Sabro hops. Cheers!
-
Dry Irish Stout
Our version of a classic Irish Stout: locally-grown and floor-malted Solstice Mild gives it a rich and bready character, while specialty malts provide subtle roasted coffee and chocolate notes. A creamy body and dry finish round it out. On Nitro!
-
Orchard-House Fruited Sour (Key Lime and Guava)
This brew is a delightful combination of sour, tart, and sweet flavors. It’s naturally soured with lactobacillus, and then we added a generous amount of fruit. The Key Lime pairs perfectly with the sour beer, creating an immediate pucker followed by the subtle yet distinct flavor of guava. The finish is dry, and with the light-bodied profile, this is the ideal beer for the warmer weather that’s approaching. Cheers!
-
Belgian Pale Ale
This Belgian pale ale was brewed with a diverse range of New World hops, resulting in an enticing blend of tropical fruit, citrus, and herbal notes. The Belgian yeast characteristics from the Abbey yeast employed during fermentation further enhance the complexity of the beer.
-
Deseret Dunkel
Not “dessert” not “desert”; say “deh·zr·et”. This is our version of a Munich Dunkel. The aroma is malty and bready, while the flavor profile is rich and complex - displaying notes of toasted bread, chocolate, and graham cracker, with a minimal bitterness. A delicious dark lager without the roasty character of a stout or a porter.
